Factory-Direct Shipping & Order Fulfillment
To bring you the highest-quality premium wellness equipment at the best possible value, WellFluxion partners directly with top-tier manufacturers. All orders are processed securely and shipped factory-direct from our partners' authorized US-based manufacturing facilities and warehouses straight to your door. This direct-fulfillment model eliminates unnecessary transit legs, reduces the risk of shipping damage for high-ticket items, and ensures you receive the most up-to-date product models with full manufacturer warranties intact.

2. Shipping Destinations
United States
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes that cannot accept carrier or specialized freight delivery.
3. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Free on all eligible orders shipped within the United States.
All standard shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout. There are no hidden fees. Local taxes calculated at checkout still apply when required by law.
4. Order Handling and Delivery Time
Total delivery time is 3 to 9 business days from the time you place your order. This total includes our handling time (1–2 business days) and the carrier's transit time (3–7 business days). Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please note: If a specific item requires extra processing time or custom manufacturing, the product page will show a dedicated note. That note will override the general timing outlined above.
5. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Orders ship via trusted national carriers and specialized freight handlers. We utilize USPS, UPS, FedEx, or freight services based on the destination and package size/weight.
Shipment Tracking
Every shipment includes tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment warehouse.
Insurance
Shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue with delivery.
6. Delivery Issues
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your delivery exceeds the 4 to 9 business day window, please email us at support@wellfluxion.com or call 650-438-0589 so we can trace the shipment immediately.
Marked Delivered But Not Received
- Confirm your shipping address on your order confirmation.
- Check with neighbors, property managers, or hidden delivery spots.
- Contact our team within 48 hours so we can assist with a formal carrier trace.
7. Damaged Packages
Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival. If your package arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item immediately and contact us within 48 hours at support@wellfluxion.com. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you for verified shipping damage.
8. Returns and Refunds (Cross-Reference)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for qualifying items. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original factory packaging. Please review our full Return and Refund Policy for exact instructions and criteria.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is solely responsible for arranging and paying all return freight and shipping charges. Original shipping and White Glove delivery fees are strictly non-refundable.
- Restocking Fees: All qualifying returns are subject to a flat 25% restocking fee, which is deducted from your final refund total.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days following warehouse inspection and approval.
