1. Overview
At Romark Holdings LLC, we stand behind the quality of our premium recovery and wellness equipment. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from wellfluxion.com. This policy outlines our clear, transparent process for returns, refunds, and exchanges within the United States.
Policy Summary
- Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Return Shipping Fees: The customer is solely responsible for arranging and paying all return freight/shipping charges. Original shipping and White Glove delivery fees are strictly non-refundable.
- Restocking Fees: All qualifying returns are subject to a fixed 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund total.
- RMA Requirement: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before shipping any items back.
- Refund Processing: Processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method upon warehouse inspection and approval.

3. Eligibility for Returns (Change of Mind)
If you change your mind about a purchase, you are welcome to return it under the following strict conditions to ensure factory acceptance:
- The return must be initiated and the RMA requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be completely unused, uninstalled, and in its original, brand-new condition.
- Original Packaging Required: The item must be securely packed in its original factory box with all original accessories, manuals, and components. Products returned improperly or missing original packaging cannot be accepted.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your delivery carefully upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email support@wellfluxion.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified and approved by our team, we will coordinate a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you (restocking fees and return shipping charges do not apply to verified manufacturing defects or carrier damage).
5. Return Shipping Process & Multiple Warehouses
Because WellFluxion partners with premium wellness manufacturers across the United States, your items ship directly from specialized brand facilities. Consequently, all returns must be routed back to the specific manufacturing warehouse that fulfilled your order.
- Contact us at support@wellfluxion.com to request your return.
- If eligible, we will issue you an RMA number and provide the specific warehouse return destination address. Do not ship items to our corporate Sacramento mailing address, as they cannot be accepted or processed there.
- Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, attach your shipping label, and arrange transit via your chosen freight carrier. You must pay the carrier directly for all return shipping costs.
6. Refunds and Processing
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved at the fulfillment facility, we will notify you via email regarding your final credit total.
- Approved Returns: Your refund total (the purchase price minus the 25% restocking fee and any original shipping/White Glove fees) will be automatically issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following categories:
- Items returned without a valid, pre-approved RMA number.
- Items missing their original factory packaging box.
- Items that show signs of use, wear, assembly, or post-delivery damage.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before they have been processed and shipped. Once an order has left the warehouse, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow the standard 30-day return process outlined above, including responsibility for freight and restocking fees.
9. Legal Rights
This policy does not affect your rights under U.S. consumer protection law.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting.
